Your OpenVPN log helps us to quickly diagnose most problems with your VPN connection. It does not contain any personal data, only debug information that can help us find the problem and send you the right solution.


1. Right-click on the OpenVPN icon 
(you might need to click on the small up arrow to see the hidden icons)

2. Select the VPN that you are trying to connect to and then click on View Log

3. The log window will appear in a new Notepad window

4. Select All Text: From the menu select Edit -> Select All (or press CTRL + A)

5. Copy All Text: Then from the menu select Edit -> Copy (or press CTRL+ C).

6. When you open a support ticket then choose the Help Topic "Setup & Connection Issues" and paste your OpenVPN log into the box provided (use CTRL + V).
