Your Tunnelblick log helps us to quickly diagnose most problems with your VPN connection. It does not contain any personal data, only debug information that can help us find the problem and send you the right solution.

  1. Start by clicking on the blackVPN icon in the status bar and choose VPN Details...
  2. Select the VPN that you are trying to connect to on the left side of the window
  3. At the bottom of the screen click on Copy Log to Clipboard
  4. When you open a support ticket then choose the Help Topic "Setup & Connection Issues" and paste your Tunnelblick log into the box provided.
