- Start by clicking on the blackVPN icon in the status bar and choose VPN Details...
- Select the VPN that you are trying to connect to on the left side of the window
- At the bottom of the screen click on Copy Log to Clipboard
- When you open a support ticket then choose the Help Topic "Setup & Connection Issues" and paste your Tunnelblick log into the box provided.
